摘　　要：“一带一路”大背景下江苏省以“点”带动“面”的区域性经济发展成为了新的指导方针。文章以“一带一路”大背景为出发点,围绕江苏三大区域经济发展存在的不平衡问题进行分析,并借助增长极理论对此问题加以解释。在此基础上,提出如何以制度创新促进经济协调发展的政策建议。In the context of"the Belt and Road",Jiangsu has initiated a new guideline in promoting regional economic development by drawing upon the experience gained on key points.In this paper,the authors analyzed the imbalance problems occurred in economic development of three regions in the province,in light of the Growth Pole Theory.In addition,suggestions on how to promote coordinated economic development through institutional renovation have been proposed.
