摘 要:为研究电镀污泥制备的陶粒砌块用于墙体和路面时的环境风险,本文分析了电镀污泥、陶粒、陶粒砌块中重金属含量和浸出毒性浓度,及陶粒砌块中重金属的有效释放量,研究了陶粒砌块中特征重金属,构建了陶粒砌块应用场景下环境风险评估的方法,并表征了环境风险。结果表明,陶粒砌块中的特征重金属为Zn、Cr、Cu、Ni、Cr6+、Se、Hg和Cd;相较于Cr6+、Se、Hg,砌块中Zn (1.23%)、Cr (0.04%)、Cu (6.5%)、Ni (0.28%)和Cd (2.37%)的释放率较低:陶粒、砌块对Cr6+的固化效果较好,浸出率低于电镀污泥中Cr6+的浸出率(25.14%),分别为0.35%和13.38%;但是对于Hg的固化效果较差,对Se固化效果不明显。风险分析表明砌块在墙体应用中,暴露浓度均低于地下水三类标准限值,环境风险可以接受,但砌块用于路面材料,一个砌块样品的Cd暴露浓度超过准限值。To assess environmental risk ofceramsite hollow block(CB) prepared by electroplating sludge(CBES) in the two scenarios of wall and pavement,heavy metals total content and leaching concentration in raw materials,CB and CBES were analyzed.The characteristic heavy metals in CBES were studied and the environmental risk was further assessed under CBES application scenarios.Results shown that Zn,Cr,Cu,Ni,Cr6+,Se,Hg and Cd were characteristic heavy metals of CBES.the release rate of Zn(1.23%)、Cr(0.04%)、Cu(6.5%)、Ni(0.28%)、Cd(2.3 7%)、were lower than Cr6+,Se and Hg;compared to electroplating sludge,CB and CBES have a better stabilization effect on Cr6+.The leaching rate of in CB(0.35%) and CBES(13.38%) were lower than that in electroplating sludge(25.14%).For the perspective of leaching rate,however,CB or CBES not have a better stabilization effect on Hg and Se.The exposure concentration of the CBES in the wall application was lower than the standard limits of groundwater(Ⅲ),indicating that environmental risk was acceptable;but the Cd exposure concentration from one of CBES higher than the standard limit under the condition ofp avement materials.
