摘 要:煤矿行业是国家的重要行业,在现代煤矿生产过程中需运用许多先进的技术设备,大倾角带式输送机就是其中之一。大倾角带式输送机是煤矿输送机的一种常见类型,其由于输送能力较强、输送量较大的优势而被广泛运用到了原煤运输当中。而大倾角带式输送机能否安全可靠运行,将直接关系到原煤运输效率的高低及安全性与否。本文主要针对大倾角带式输送机的设计进行了分析,希望有助于促进其设计水平的进步。The coal industry is an important industry in our country.In the process of modern coal production,many advanced technical equipment are needed,and the belt conveyor with large inclination angle is one of them.Belt conveyor with large inclination angle is a common type of coal mine conveyor,which is widely used in raw coal transportation due to its advantages of strong transportation ability and large transportation capacity.However,whether the belt conveyor with large inclination angle can operate safely and reliably will directly affect the efficiency and safety of raw coal transportation.This paper mainly analyzes the design of the belt conveyor with large inclination angle,hoping to promote the progress of its design level.
