摘 要:催化剂离心喷雾干燥过程中合理有效的工艺参数对催化剂产品品质和工业化生产至关重要。基于CFX流体动力仿真分析技术及二因素三水平的中心组合设计原则,以细粉占比和尾气含水率指标的归一值(OD)作为响应值,利用响应面法对热烟气进口温度和雾化盘转速等工艺参数进行优化;通过方差分析证明优化模型的有效性,用优化的雾化盘转速,热烟气进口温度及热烟气进气量进行实验,获取了良好的干燥效果。优化结果为确定催化剂离心喷雾干燥工业化生产的工艺参数提供了依据,促进催化剂产品品质的提高。Reasonable and effective process parameters of catalyst centrifugal spray drying are very important for the product quality and industrial production of the catalyst.Based on the CFX fluid dynamics numerical simulation and the principle of central composite(CCD)with two factors and three levels,the overall desirability(OD)of the fine powder ratio and the moisture content of the exhaust gas was comprehensively evaluated,and the response surface methodology(RSM)was adopted to optimize the process parameters of catalyst centrifugal spray drying.The correctness of the optimization model was proved by variance analysis,and the better drying effect was obtained in the experiment with the optimized atomizer speed and the optimized inlet temperature and intake volume of the hot flue gas.The optimization results provide a basis for accurately setting the process parameters of centrifugal spray drying for industrial production and improving the quality of catalyst products.
