摘　　要：知识产权信息服务是高校图书馆服务创新的新机遇,其主要服务内容有知识产权素养教育、专利检索与咨询、专利查新、专利分析等。文章基于21所中医药大学图书馆网站调查发现,绝大多数中医药大学图书馆知识产权信息服务尚未起步,资源与工具配备不足,需要图书馆改变观念、培养人才、配备工具、制定计划,逐步开展知识产权信息服务。Intellectual property information service is a new opportunity for university library service innovation.Its main services include intellectual property literacy education,patent retrieval and consulting,patent novelty search,patent analysis,etc.Based on the survey of the websites of 21 libraries of the traditional Chinese medicine universities,it is found that the intellectual property information service has not yet been started,and the resources and tools are insufficient in the most libraries.It is proposed to change ideas,train personnel,pruchase resources and search tools,formulate plans and gradually carry out intellectual property information services.
