摘  要:采用CFD方法,对基于同向射流技术的风力机专用翼型增升减阻和流动分离控制进行数值研究。选用DU91-W2-250为研究对象,采用S-A湍流模型,通过吸力面开槽为同向射流提供喷射出入口及循环通道。结果表明,同向射流可有效提高翼型的升力系数、减少其阻力系数,推迟失速攻角。由于同向射流的环量增强效应,其增升减阻及流动分离抑制效果随喷射速度增大而显著增强。同向射流在循环通道表面和主流发生强烈的剪切和湍流渗混作用,大量水平动量被传递至主流边界层中,增强下游流体的附着状态并显著提高翼型尾流的恢复速度。当同向射流足够大时,翼型在小攻角下会产生负阻力并造成尾流加速。The coflow jet(CFJ)technology,an important control measure to improve the performance of airfoils,shows a good prospect for engineering application.In this paper,the lift augmentation,drag reduction and stall inhibition of a wind turbine airfoil by CFJ is numerically studied via CFD.The DU91-W2-250 airfoil is taken as the research object the S-A turbulent model is used in the simulation.Part of the suction side of the airfoil is shifted down to form a small channel for the CFJ circulation.The airfoil with CFJ shows a substantial improvement of performance with increased lift coefficients,reduced drag coefficients and postpone stall angles.Due to the promotion of circulation by CFJ,the performance remarkably increases with the intensity of the CFJ.In the junction of the main flow and the CFJ,extensive shear and turbulent mixing occurs and large horizontal momentum is transferred to the boundary layer of the mainstream,which enhances the adhesion state of downstream fluid and significantly accelerates the recovery of airfoil wake.If the jet intensity is large enough,the airfoil will produce a negative drag force under small angles of attack and cause the wake to accelerate.
