摘  要:光伏电源实施低电压穿越运行后,其复杂的短路电流特性给电网继电保护带来了诸多不利影响。根据光伏电源的拓扑结构和低电压穿越运行控制策略的特点,该文提出光伏电源故障电流的理论求解方法,给出了其暂态和稳态计算模型,通过数字仿真,验证了其正确性。在此基础上,进一步分析了PI控制器参数、故障电压跌落深度、光伏电源负载水平等因素对光伏电源故障特性的影响。分析结论可为含光伏电源的电网继电保护研究和控制器参数设计提供重要参考。After the photovoltaic(PV)power is implemented in low voltage ride-through(LVRT),its complex short-circuit current characteristics have brought many adverse effects on grid relay protection.According to the topological structure of PV power and the characteristics of LVRT control strategy,the theoretical solution method of PV power fault current is proposed,and its transient and steady-state calculation models are given.Then the correctness of the theoretical solution method is verified by digital simulation.On this basis,the influence of factors such as PI controller parameters,fault voltage drop depth and load level on PV power fault characteristics is further analyzed.The analysis conclusions can provide important references for relay protection research of power grids containing PV power and controller parameter design.
