摘  要:试验研究了5个苎麻新品种(系)头麻原麻梢部、中部、根部的化学成分差异。结果表明,同一品种不同部位的脂蜡质、木质素、水溶物、果胶、半纤维素含量均为梢部最高,中部和根部差异无明显规律;纤维素含量除中苎4号外,其它均为中部含量最高。由于除纤维素外的化学成分均会影响纤维素的品质,因此在选择原麻纤维品质较高的部位时,应避开梢部,选择中部。同一部位不同品种间比较,水溶物和果胶含量最低的品种均为中苎3号,脂蜡质和半纤维素最低的为X2016-Ⅱ,木质素含量为中苎6号最低,纤维素含量最高的是中苎3号,研究结果为苎麻纤维化学成分分析提供了科学的评价方法,为苎麻原麻分段研究及品种的应用提供了参考。In this paper,we analyzed the chemical components in different parts of 5 new species of raw ramie.The comparison between different parts of the same species showed that the heads have more lipid wax,lignin,water soluble matter,pectin and hemicellulose than the middles and the roots in all 5 species,and no significant difference between the middles and the roots.Except Zhongzhu No.4,the content of cellulose in the middles are the highest in all 4 species.Since the cellulose quality can be affected by other chemical compositions,in the selection of high-quality parts in raw ramie,we should choose the middles and avoid heads.We also compared the same part of difference species,and it shows that Zhongzhu No.3 has the lowest water soluble matter and pectin,X2016-Ⅱthe lowest lipid wax and hemicellulose,Zhongzhu No.6 the lowest lignin content,while Zhongzhu No.3 has the highest content of cellulose.The results would provide a scientific evaluation method for ramie fiber chemical components,and also be reviewed as references for ramie segmentation study and variety application.
