摘　　要：目的建立符合国家规定的131I治疗分化型甲状腺癌的防护病区,以提高131I治疗分化型甲状腺癌患者的护理管理质量。方法结合有关国家标准建立病区,对泰州市人民医院2018年9月至2019年5月收治的79例患者口服131I前、中、后分别进行不同的护理管理。结果79例分化型甲状腺癌患者治疗中,无一例出现不良反应,均成功出院,核素未发生泄露。结论防护病区布局的合理性及护理人员切实有效的护理管理措施,提高了131I治疗分化型甲状腺癌患者的护理管理质量,并为规范化131I病房的建立及进一步完善护理管理提供了参考。Objective To establish a protective ward in line with national regulations for 131I treatment of differentiated thyroid cancer,and to improve the quality of nursing management for 131I treatment of differentiated thyroid cancer patients.Methods In accordance with relevant national standards,the ward was established to carry out different nursing management before,during and after oral administration of 131I for 79 patients in Taizhou People's Hospital from September 2018 to May 2019.Results Among the 79 patients with differentiated thyroid cancer,no adverse reactions occurred,and all of them were discharged successfully without radionuclide leakage.Conclusion The rationality of the layout of the protective ward and the effective nursing management measures of nurses have improved the nursing management quality of 131I patients with differentiated thyroid cancer,and provided a reference for the establishment of standardized 131I ward and the further improvement of nursing management.
