摘 要:为提高冰灯玉露的繁殖效率,采用叶插繁殖的方法,外用不同种类的生长调节剂NAA和IBA,分别设5个浓度处理(0,15,25,50和100 mg·L-1),研究不同种类和浓度生长调节剂对冰灯玉露叶插繁殖的影响,分别测定不同生长调节剂处理下冰灯玉露叶插的存活率、出芽数、出芽率、生根数、生根率及总根长等指标。结果表明,不同种类和浓度的生长调节剂处理冰灯玉露叶插的存活率无显著差异(P>0.05),但在出芽数、出芽率、生根数、生根率及总根长方面存在显著差异(P<0.05),且随着浓度的升高,呈先增后减的趋势。其中分别以NAA和IBA为15 mg·L-1处理的存活率、出芽数、出芽率、生根数、生根率及总根长效果最佳,可作为冰灯玉露叶插繁殖的最优生长调节剂使用浓度。To increase the reproductive efficiency of Haworthia cooperivar, the method of leaf insertion and propagation was used in this study. Five concentrations(0, 15, 25, 50 and 100 mg·L-1) of growth regulators NAA and IBA were set up respectively. The effects of different kinds of growth regulators with various concentrations on the leaf cuttings propagation of Haworthia cooperivar were studied. The leaf cutting survival rate, germination number, germination rate, number of roots, rooting rate and total root length of different treatments were measured. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the leaf cutting survival rate of Haworthia cooperivar with different growth regulators and concentrations treatments(P>0.05), however, there were significant differences in the germination number,germination rate, number of roots, rooting rate and total root length(P<0.05). And with the increase of the concentration, it showed a trend of increased first and then decreased, the germination number, germination rate, number of roots, rooting rate and total root length of 15 mg·L-1 NAA and IBA treatments were the best respectively. Which were significantly higher than those of water and other treatments, and could be used as the optimal concentration of growth regulators for the leaf cuttings propagation of Haworthia cooperivar.
