摘　　要：[目的/意义]旨在为智库发挥资政功能寻找理论根据,并通过完善现有模型来指导智库资政实践。[方法/过程]介绍通用情报系统模型的资政过程以及智库资政功能,建立以通用情报系统为基础的智库资政模型。[结果/结论]不仅找到了智库资政功能的理论依据,还对决策功能派的通用情报系统模型进行发展完善,形成了新的专业化的智库资政模型,从而可以顺利保障决策的制定和实施。[Purpose/significance]The paper intends to find theoretical basis for think tank’s political service function and optimize the existing model to guide the practice of think tank’s political service.[Method/process]The paper introduces political service course and function of general information system and establishes think tank’s political service model based on general information system.[Result/conclusion]It finds theoretical basis for think tank’s political service function improves the general information system model with decision-making function to form a new specialized think tank’s political service model and ensures the development and implementation of decision.
