悬液法和载体法比较柠檬酸消毒液对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的杀灭效果

摘　　要：目的比较两种试验方法对柠檬酸消毒液杀灭细菌芽孢的效果。方法采用悬液定量和载体定量杀菌试验方法,比较3种柠檬酸消毒液对细菌芽孢的杀灭效果。结果A、B、C 3种品牌柠檬酸消毒液在80℃条件下作用15 min,载体定量杀菌试验测得杀灭细菌芽孢对数值依次为5.07、5.08和4.29;悬液定量杀菌试验测得杀灭细菌芽孢对数值依次为3.69、3.68和3.03。结论本研究中用载体定量杀菌试验检测得到柠檬酸消毒液对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的杀菌效果较悬液定量法好,对此问题值得进一步研究找出原因并加以证实。Objective To compare the bactericidal effects of citric acid disinfectants on bacterial spores by two test methods.Methods The bactericidal effects of three citric acid disinfectants on bacterial spores were compared by using the suspension quantitative and carrier quantitative bactericidal test methods.Results The citric acid disinfection solutions of three brands A,B,and C were used at 80℃for 15 min,and the logarithmic values of killing bacterial spores measured by the carrier quantitative bactericidal test was 5.07,5.08 and 4.29,respectively;the logarithmic values of killing bacterial spores measured by the suspension quantitative bactericidal test were 3.69,3.68 and 3.03,respectively.Conclusion In this study,the bactericidal effect of citric acid disinfectant on the spores of Bacillus subtilis var.niger detected by the carrier quantitative bactericidal test is better than that of the suspension quantitative bactericidal test.This issue deserves further study to find out the reason and confirm it.
