固肾安胎丸联合黄体酮对先兆流产者的保胎效果及作用机制

摘　　要：目的探究固肾安胎丸联合黄体酮对先兆流产患者的保胎效果及作用机制。方法将98例先兆流产患者按照随机数字表法均分为对照组和治疗组,各49例,对照组患者给予黄体酮肌肉注射;治疗组患者在对照组治疗的基础上加用固肾安胎丸口服。对比2组的保胎效果,治疗前后监测血清绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)、孕激素(P)水平、T淋巴细胞亚群CD4+、CD8+和CD4+/CD8+水平及血清中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)和一氧化氮(NO)水平变化,追踪患者的分娩情况。结果对照组的有效率(77.6%)明显低于治疗组(93.9%)(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组患者的β-HCG、P、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、VEGF和IL-10水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);而CD8+和NO水平显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05);治疗组的分娩结局明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论固肾安胎丸联合黄体酮肌肉注射能通过调节T淋巴细胞亚群、VEGF、IL-10和NO水平产生保胎效果,提高激素水平,保胎成功率高。Objective To observe the protection effect and mechanism of Gushenantai Pills and progesterone in threatened abortion patients.Methods 98 cases were divided into control group(49 cases)and treatment group(49 cases)in random.The patients in control group were given progesterone for intramuscular injection,while the patients in the treatment group were primarily treated with Gushenantai Pills for oral administration on the basis of the control group.The protection effect,the levels ofβ-human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG),progesterone(P),CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+,vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),interleukin-10(IL-10)and nitric oxide(NO),and the delivery situation of patients were observed and compared.Results The efficiency for patients in the control group was 77.6%,which was lower than that of the patients in the treatment group 93.9%(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels ofβ-HCG,P,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,VEGF and IL-10 in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The CD8+and NO levels were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Birth outcomes of the observation group was obviously better than the control group patients(P<0.05).Conclusion Gushenantai Pills and progesterone can produce protection effects by adjusting the T lymphocyte subgroup,VEGF,IL-10,and NO levels,which is good to improve the level of hormone and has high protection success rate.
