查纬民从虚瘀论治颈椎病经验

摘　　要：查纬民认为颈椎病的发病与虚瘀密切相关,瘀则不通而痛,虚则不荣而痛,二者皆可成痹。并根据临证经验,将致瘀痹者分为寒湿痹阻、湿热痹阻、气滞血瘀及痰湿阻滞,致虚痹者分为脾肾两虚、气血亏虚及肝肾阴虚,据此分别确立了“散寒除湿,祛风通络”“清热通络,祛风除湿”“行气散瘀,活血通络”“化痰除湿,蠲痹通络”“补肾健脾,益精壮骨”“益气养血,和营通络”“培补肝肾,舒筋止痛”的治疗大法,同时注重颈椎病的早期预防和功能性锻炼,收效颇丰。ZHA Weimin thinks that the pathogenesis of cervical spondylosis is closely related to deficiency and blood stasis,stagnation leading to pain by blood stasis,do not nourish leading to pain by defi ciency,which both can be form Arthralgia.And according to the clinical experience,divides the blockage of cold and damp,blockage of damp and hot,qi stagnation and blood stasis,and blockage of phlegm and damp into the Arthralgia caused by blood stasis,divides the defi ciency of Spleen and Kidney,defi ciency of qi and blood,and the defi ciency of liver and kidney into the Arthralgia caused by defi ciency.According to these,we can established many ways respectively,such as those treatments of''dispersing cold and clearing dampness,dislodging wind and freeing channels^^"promoting qi and eliminating stasis,activating blood and freeing channels^^''eliminating phlegm and clearing dampness,dispersing arthralgia and freeing channels""tonifying kidney and spleen,adding essence and strong bones^^''reinforcing qi and nourishing blood,adjusting ying and freeing channels^^"complementing the liver and kidney,relaxing tendon and relieving pain".At the same time pays attention to the prevention and early functional exercise of cervical spondylosis,has achieved a lot.
