牛膝、杜仲、桑寄生治疗“肾虚态”高血压病——仝小林三味小方撷萃

摘　　要：仝小林教授认为“肾虚态”为高血压病常见态势之一,此类高血压病多见于老年或久病体虚之人,常见脉压差较大,并伴有脑转耳鸣,腰部酸痛、空虚,足跟疼痛等症状。高血压病见肾虚态者,用怀牛膝、炒杜仲、桑寄生组方补益肝肾以降压,三者常用剂量均为16〜60g,其中牛膝为治疗脉压差大的靶药,最多可用至120g。灵活配伍这3味药,可以取得了良好的临床疗效。"Kidney deficiency state"is one of the common trends of hypertension.Professor TONG thinks that this kind of hypertension is more common in the elderly or people with long term chronic physical deficiency.These patients have large pulse pressure difference,often accompanied by dizziness,tinnitus,waist pain,fatigue,heel pain and other symptoms.Achyranthes bidentata,Eucommia ulmoides and Mulberry parasitism,three traditional Chinese medicines,can tonify the liver and kidney,in order to achieve the purpose of reducing blood pressure,their commonly used dose is 15・60 g,of which Achyranthes bidentata is the target drug for the treatment of large pulse pressure difference,the maximum available dose is 120 g.Hypertension patients with kidney deficiency can obtain good clinical effect by flexible combination of three drugs.
