摘　　要：脑卒中后吞咽障碍严重影响着脑卒中患者的康复及生存质量。石学敏院士切中中风病病机,强调整体观念与局部治疗相结合,独创“通关利窍”针刺法。导师杜宇征在应用通关利窍针法治疗中风后吞咽障碍患者的过程中发现,针刺治疗介入越早,疗效愈好。而针刺手法的刺激量也应遵循“气至病所,病深则刺深”原则。Dysphagia after stroke seriously affects the recovery and quality of life of stroke patients.Academician SHI Xuemin grips the pathogenesis of stroke and emphasizes the combination of the overall concept and local treatment,established the"Tongguan Liqiao^^acupuncture method.In the process of applying"Tongguan Liqiao^^acupuncture method to cure patients with dysphagia,Professor DU Yuzheng had found that the earlier the intervention time of acupuncture treatment,the better the curative effect.The stimulation amount of the acupuncture method should also be based on the principle of“Qi extending affected parts and the more severe of the disease,the deeper of the needle depth".
