摘　　要：痛经是妇科常见病、多发病。原发性痛经为功能性痛经,临床症状复杂,对其病因病机及分型进行临床归纳分析得出,根据疼痛发生的部位、性质以及疼痛程度辨寒热虚实,顺应月经周期中阴阳转化和气血盈亏的变化规律标本同治,以中药人工周期疗法联合针灸治疗调理胞宫、冲任气血为主,对原发性痛经具有满意的治疗效果。中药人工周期疗法是在月经周期各个阶段,医生结合患者体质进行合理用药,从而达到滋阴养血、理气活血、温肾助阳的目的,结合针刺疗法不仅可以及时止痛,而且可以预防痛经,使经血平顺,如期而至。Dysmenorrhea is a common gynecological disease and frequently occurs.The primary dysmenorrhea is functional dysmenorrhea,and the clinical symptoms are complicated,and the pathogenic mechanism and classification of primary dysmenorrhea are summarized and summarized.According to the position,nature and degree of pain,the pain is distinguished from cold heat and deficiency,and the specimens are treated in accordance with the change rules of yin and positive transformation and qi and blood loss during the menstrual cycle.The treatment of TCM artificial cycle therapy combined with acupuncture therapy is used to treat the uterus,and the primary dysmenorrhea is mainly effective for primary dysmenorrhea.The artificial cycle therapy of traditional Chinese medicine is to use reasonable medicine in combination with the patient's physique at various stages of the cycle,so as to achieve the purpose of nourishing yin and nourishing blood,regulating qi and activating blood circulation,warming kidney and helping yang.Combined with acupuncture therapy,it can not only relieve pain immediately,but also prevent dysmenorrhea.The menstrual blood is smooth and on schedule.
