摘  要:本文用微波消解法处理样品,采用原子吸收光谱法测定盘锦地区土壤中铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、铬(Cr)含量。结果显示,20份土壤样品测定方法的检出限为:Pb 0.1 mg/kg,Cd 0.01 mg/kg,Cr 4 mg/kg;土壤标准物质测定结果在限定值范围内,准确度良好。由此得出,微波消解法处理土壤样品方便快捷,可同时处理多个样品,效率高且结果准确。In this paper,the samples are treated by microwave digestion,and then the contents of Pb,CD and Cr in the soil of Panjin area are determined by AAS.The results shows that the detection limits of 20 soil samples are:Pb 0.1 mg/kg,Cd 0.01 mg/kg,Cr 4 mg/kg;the determination results of soil reference materials are within the limits and the accuracy is good.It is concluded that the microwave digestion method is convenient and fast for soil sample processing,and can process multiple samples at the same time,with high efficiency and accurate results.
