摘　　要：介绍了应用于恶劣工况金属密封球阀涂层所采用的火焰重融和超音速喷涂技术,同时对其喷涂原理、工艺特点、选材要点及喷涂过程中易产生的问题进行了分析,并通过大量的试验对涂层的性能做出了总结。This paper introduces the flame remelting and supersonic spraying technology used in the coating of metal sealed ball valve under severe service conditions.At the same time,the spraying principle,process characteristics,material selection points and the problems easily arising in the spraying process are analyzed.The properties of the coating are summarized by a large number of experiments.
