江苏省预防接种综合管理云平台的建设及探讨

摘　　要：文章指出预防接种是针对传染病综合防治的重要措施,通过疫苗接种使接种对象获得疫苗所针对传染病的免疫力,是控制可预防传染病的重要手段。根据国家《预防接种工作规范》《疫苗流通和预防接种管理条例》等规范对江苏省预防接种综合管理云平台进行建设,从预防接种到入园查验,从冷链管理到全程溯源,从相关检测到决策管理,充分利用现代云平台、大数据等技术获取区域内的预防接种信息,有效提高预防接种工作的效率和质量。This paper refers that vaccination is an important measure for the comprehensive prevention of infectious diseases,which allows the vaccinated subjects to obtain the immunity of the vaccine against infectious diseases,which is an important means to control preventable infectious diseases.According to regulations such as"National Code of Practice for Vaccination"and"Regulations on Vaccine Circulation and Vaccination Management",we construct a comprehensive cloud platform for prevention and vaccination in Jiangsu Province.Modern cloud platform,big data and other technologies are fully utilized to obtain vaccination information in the region,from vaccination to admission inspection,from cold chain management to full trace-ability,from relevant detection to decision management,all of which effectively improve the efficiency and quality of vaccination work.
