摘　　要：为提升城市物流配送服务可靠性,提高客户满意度和增强企业竞争力,针对影响城市物流配送可靠性因素的模糊性和不确定性等特点,基于软集合理论提出了影响城市物流配送服务可靠性的指标,并建立了基于模糊双射软集合的城市物流配送可靠性评价方法。算例表明所建方法能够很好地对城市物流配送可靠性进行评价,对企业改善服务质量和提高服务效率具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。To promote the reliability of the urban logistics distribution service,improve customer satisfaction and enhance enterprise competitiveness,in view of the fuzziness and uncertainty,etc.,of the factors affecting the reliability of urban logistics distribution,this paper put forward the index affecting the reliability of the urban logistics distribution service based on the soft set theory,and established the reliability evaluation method based on the fuzzy bijective soft set.The numerical example showed that the proposed method could evaluate the reliability of urban logistics distribution quite well and had important theoretical value and practical significance for enterprises to improve their service quality and efficiency.
