摘　　要：旨在厘清黔北茶叶从育苗到消费者手中的供应链环节存在茶农合作组织程度低,生产经营分散;茶叶加工企业规模小、加工程度不深,缺乏科学指导;销售依赖传统零售渠道与品牌杂多,质量与售后难以保证等问题。利用系统的观点与方法优化黔北茶叶供应链,助推茶农增收脱贫,创造茶叶价值最大化,同时为黔北茶叶健康发展提供参考与借鉴。This paper clarified the existing problems of the tea supply chain in northern Guizhou,such as low cooperative and organizational level and scattered operation and production in the supply chain structure from tea farmer to consumer;small scale,insufficient technological depth,and lack of scientific guidance of the tea processing enterprises;heavy reliance on traditional sales channels,poor brand management,and lack of warranty and after-sales services.Then,using the systematic theory and method,it proposed the measures to optimize the tea supply chain in northern Guizhou to increase the income of the tea farmers and help them out of poverty,and maximize the value of the tea products.
