加料方式对氟硅酸钠晶体微观结构的影响研究

摘　　要：介绍间歇法氟硅酸钠生产过程中,3种不同的加料方式以及添加晶种对氟硅酸钠产品微观结构的影响。对各组氟硅酸钠产品进行物相分析,结果表明,加入晶种、酸盐按比例同加法所得氟硅酸钠产品粒径较大,粒度分布曲线窄,外观质量好,过滤烘干后加工性能最佳。The influences of three different feeding modes and adding crystal seeds on the microstructure of sodium fluosilicate in the batch production process are introduced. The phase analysis of each group of sodium fluosilicate products are carried out. The results show that the sodium fluosilicate product obtained by adding crystal seeds, acid and salts added in proportion has large particle size, narrow particle size distribution curve,good appearance and best processing performance after filtration and drying.
