摘 要:针对磷矿矿样阐述2种矿物解离度分析仪(MLA)样品制备方法,矿样不筛分直接制样和矿样筛分后各粒级分别制样,并对比了各自的优缺点,推荐对磷矿样品进行筛分预处理后再分别对各粒级进行制样,该法解决了样品颗粒的团聚现象,提高了测定数据的准确性,为其他微细粒样品制备MLA样品提供借鉴。Two preparation methods of MLA samples for phosphate rock are described, including sample preparation without screening and sample preparation after screening and pretreatment, their advantages and disadvantages are compared. It is recommended that MLA samples of phosphate rock be prepared separately after screening and pretreatment. This method solves the agglomeration phenomenon of the sample particles,improves the accuracy of the measured data, providing reference for the preparation of MLA samples with other fine particle samples.
