摘  要:装配式建筑是当前建筑行业发展的重要趋势,装配式建筑的主要形式之一是PC结构。与传统的现浇建筑模式相比,预制构件现场装配是装配式建筑建造模式的独有特点,因此装配式建筑中PC构件的吊装效率是影响项目整体进度的关键因素。从外部环境、构件、机械设施、方法、工人5个方面分析影响装配式建筑构件吊装效率的因素,采用DEMATEL分析方法确定每个影响因素之间的影响关系,得出了关键影响因素,如工人工作时间较长,施工效率低下、构件安装顺序错乱等,进而对于指导装配式建筑吊装方案的制定起到一定借鉴意义。Using prefabricated technique is an important trend in the current construction industry. One of the main forms of prefabricated building is the PC structure. Compared with the traditional cast-in-place construction mode,on-site assembly is the unique characteristic of the prefabricated construction mode. Therefore,the lifting efficiency of PC components in prefabricated buildings is a key factor affecting the overall progress of the project. This paper analyzed the factors that affect the hoisting efficiency of building components assembly from five aspects:external environment,components,mechanical facilities,methods and workers. The DEMATEL analysis was used to determine the relationship between each factor and obtained the key influencing factors,such as long working hours,low construction efficiency and disordered component installation sequence. Furthermore,the findings of this study can be used as references for guiding the formulation of hoisting scheme of prefabricated buildings.
