扶正化瘀胶囊联合恩替卡韦对慢性乙型肝炎患者肝纤维化程度的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨扶正化瘀胶囊对慢性乙型肝炎患者肝纤维化程度的影响及对不同证型疗效的差异。方法:选取120例慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组60例,两组患者均口服恩替卡韦片5 mg/次,1次/d;观察组患者加服扶正化瘀胶囊1.5 g/次,3次/d。疗程均为24周。两组患者治疗前及治疗24周时分别检测Fibroscan肝硬度值,同时比较不同证型患者的肝硬度值。结果:两组患者治疗后肝硬度水平较治疗前均显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组患者降低得更为明显(P<0.05);观察组患者肝硬度水平变化与证型相关,正虚血瘀型及肝肾阴虚型患者肝硬度水平下降得更为明显(P<0.05)。结论:恩替卡韦联合扶正化瘀胶囊能更好地改善慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化患者的肝纤维化程度,且对正虚血瘀型和肝肾阴虚型疗效更好。Objective: To investigate the effect of Fuzheng Huayu capsule on liver hardness in patients with chronic hepatitis B hepatic fibrosis and the difference of curative effect between different syndromes.Methods: A total of 120 patients with chronic hepatitis B fibrosis were randomly selected and divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with entecavir, while the observation group was treated with entecavir plus Fuzheng Huayu capsule. The liver stiffness and liver stiffness of different syndromes were measured before and after treatment.Result: The liver hardness index of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.05), and the observation group decreased more significantly than the control group(P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant. In the observation group, the change of liver hardness index was related to syndrome type, and the decrease was more obvious in the positive deficiency and blood stasis group and the liver and kidney yin deficiency group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Entecavir combined with Fuzheng Huayu Capsule can better improve the degree of liver fibrosis in patients with chronic viral hepatitis B, and has better curative effect on the type of positive deficiency and blood stasis and the type of liver and kidney yin deficiency.
