摘  要:变速器倒档齿轮在耐久试验过程中发生断齿,本文对该失效件的宏观断口形貌、微观断口形貌、硬度以及金相组织等进行了综合分析。结果表明:齿轮材料本身有大颗粒夹杂物冶金缺陷成为裂纹源;材料中大量的不均匀圆形颗粒状夹杂物降低了材料的强度和韧性,使得齿轮的综合力学性能下降,在较大循环冲击载荷的作用下发生断裂失效。Fracture occurred in reverse gear of automotive transmission during the durability test.The macro morphology of fracture,micro morphology of fracture,hardness and microstructure of the failure parts were comprehensively analyzed in this paper.The results show that gear material itself has metallurgical defects with large particle impurity to be the crack source of material.A large number of non-uniform circular granular inclusions in the material reduces the strength and toughness of the material to make the comprehensive mechanical properties of gear decrease and causes fracture failure under the action of large cyclic impact load.
