摘  要:离心式压缩机广泛应用于石油化工行业,它的运行情况严重影响着企业的经济效益,是企业的重点设备。随着科技的发展,离心式压缩机无论是在性能上还是在安全可靠性上都得到了很大的提高,但它仍然存在一些难以消除的缺点,如喘振等。以某炼厂110×104t/a重油催化裂化装置富气离心式压缩机为目标,运用动态模拟技术,搭建离心式压缩机系统的动态模拟模型,通过研究压缩机操作点在不同工况下的运行轨迹,探索可能导致离心式压缩机出现喘振的工艺操作瓶颈,并提出优化解决方案,如改造防喘振阀门、增加压缩机热旁路管线等。若要对压缩机一段防喘振阀的流通能力进行改造,建议选用重催装置低负荷下所计算的阀门Cv值610(USGPM,1psi,60F);若要增加压缩机热旁路,则建议热旁路上的控制阀Cv值选用重催装置低负荷下所计算的阀门Cv值250(USGPM,1psi,60F)。Centrifugal compressor is widely used in the petrochemical industry.As the critical equipment of petrochemical enterprises,its operation seriously affects the economic benefits of the enterprises.With the de-velopment of science and technology,centrifugal compressor has been greatly improved in both performance and reliability,but it still has some disadvantages that are difficult to eliminate,such as surge.The rich gas centrifugal compressor of a 1.1 Mt/a RFCC unit in a refinery is taken as an example,and the dynamic simulation technology is used to build a dynamic simulation model of the centrifugal compressor system.By study-ing the operation track of the operation points of compressor under different working conditions,the process operation bottlenecks that may cause the surge in centrifugal compressor are explored,and some optimization solutions are proposed,such as improving the anti-surge valve and installing hot vapor bypass lines for the compressor.If the flow capacity of anti-surge valve in the first stage of compressor is to be improved,it is recommended to select a Cv value of 610(USGPM,1 psi,60 F) calculated under the low load of RFCC unit.If hot vapor bypass line is to be installed,it is recommended to select a Cv value of 250(USGPM,1 psi,60 F)calculated under the low load of RFCC unit for the Cv value of the control valve on hot vapor bypass line.
