摘  要:采用高速剪切法制备P E微孔膜涂覆用勃姆石浆料,以分散时间、分散剂类型、分散剂用量、p H值、粘合剂用量、流平剂用量为考察因素,通过单因素试验优化配方,分析了各因素对勃姆石浆料性能的影响,同时确定了勃姆石浆料的最佳工艺配方参数:分散时间40min^60min,分散剂类型为聚羧酸铵盐类,分散剂用量0.4%~0.6%,pH值9.6~11,粘合剂用量4%,流平剂用量0.3%~0.5%。The boehmite slurry for PE microporous membrane coating was prepared by the means of high-speed shearing.The factors were investigated,such as dispersion time,type of dispersant,dosage of dispersant,pH value,dosage of binder and dosage of leveling agent.The single factor experiments were performed to optimize the formulation.Further,the influence of each factor on the performance of boehmite slurry was analyzed.Meanwhile,the optimal processing parameters for the boehmite slurry were determined:the dispersion time was 40min^60min,the dispersant was polycarboxylate ammonium salt,the dosage of dispersant was 0.4%~0.6%,pH value was 9.6~11,the dosage of binder was 4%,and the dosage of leveling agent was 0.3%~0.5%.
