摘　　要：乐凯十号线涂布站为带负压腔的条缝嘴涂布方式,在试生产医用干式片背层时,出现了严重的涂布表观“横纹”弊病,横纹间距15㎜~20㎜,车速30m/min,随着车速变化,横纹间距也有所变化,同时涂布表观还伴随“发花”弊病。通过对涂布站设备振动、涂布负压、涂布间隙等可能导致“横纹”弊病的主要原因进行排查,未取得有效进展。针对此问题,我们又对坡流涂布和条缝涂布原理和涂液方式上进行了差别分析,最终确定条缝嘴结构和操作台精度不能满足干式片底层生产需求,对此我们实施了坡流挤压涂布涂布站取替条缝嘴涂布站改造项目,同时规范了涂布间隙、涂布负压、负压腔挡板间隙和半月板间隙等关键生产参数。通过坡流涂布站改造,利于涂布液稳定“弯液面”的形成,有效控制了涂布表观“横纹”“发花”等表观弊病,达到了提高产品质量,满足市场需求的最终目的。Le kai line 10 coating station with negative pressure cavity seam mouth coating method,in the trial production of medical dry film back layer,appeared serious coating apparent"Horizontal grain"Drawback,horizontal grain spacing 15~20 mm,speed 30m/min,with the speed change,horizontal grain spacing is also changed,at the same time with the apparent coating"Flower"Disease.through the investigation of the main reasons which may cause the problem of"Horizontal stripes",such as equipment vibration,negative coating pressure and coating gap,no effective progress has been made.aiming at this problem,we are on a slope flow coating and slit on the principle of coating and coating liquid way the difference analysis,finally determined to sew nozzle structure and the work station can't meet the demand of dry slice of the underlying production precision,we implemented a slope flow extrusion coating and coating station to get to sew mouth coating station renovation project,and standardize the coating clearance,coating and negative pressure,negative pressure cavity baffle clearance and the key production parameters,such as meniscus clearance.through the transformation of slopeflow coating station,it is beneficial to the formation of stable"Curved liquid level"Of coating liquid,effectively control the apparent defects of coating such as"Horizontal lines"And"Hairspray",and achieve the ultimate goal of improving product quality and meeting the market demand.
