摘  要:针对大规模互联电力系统中的时滞现象对电力系统稳定运行产生的不可忽略的影响,文中研究区间变时滞影响下电力系统的稳定性问题。首先,充分考虑时滞变化率对电力系统稳定区域的影响,构造一种新的含时滞依赖矩阵的Lyapunov泛函。然后,在解析过程中采用新的积分不等式对时滞分割后的积分项进行处理,得到保守性较小且计算量较少的稳定性判据,扩大了电力系统的稳定运行区域。最后,通过对典型二阶时滞系统、单机无穷大系统、两区四机系统以及负荷频率控制系统进行仿真分析,验证了所提方法的优越性。Aiming at the non-negligible impact of time-delay on the stable operation of large-scale interconnected power system,this paper investigates the stability problem of power system with the influence of interval time-varying delay. Firstly, fully considering the influence of delay derivative on the stable region of power system, a new Lyapunov functional with delaydependent matrix is constructed. Then, new integral inequality is used to deal with the integral terms after delay segmentation in the analytical process, and the less conservative stability criterion with less variables is obtained, which expands the stable operation region of the power system. Finally, simulations of typical second-order time-delay system, single-machine infinite system, two-area four-machine system and load frequency control system are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
