摘 要:军用电子装备筛选可划分为“三级”筛选,即电子元器件筛选、板级电路/电子组件筛选、整机筛选。通过筛选可有效剔除引发装备早期失效的缺陷,保障产品的高使用可靠性。在军用电子装备筛选实施过程中,需要根据产品特性、缺陷类型对环境应力进行适当选择,对应力条件进行适当裁剪,保证产品充分筛选且不增加额外的应力破坏。Military electronic equipment screening can be divided into three-level screening,namely,screening of electronic components,screening of board-level circuit/electronic device,and screening of the machine.Screening can effectively reject the defects that cause early failure of equipment and ensure the high reliability of equipment.In the screening process of military electronic equipment,it is necessary to properly select the environmental stress according to the product characteristics and defect types,and appropriately cut the stress conditions to ensure that the product is fully screened without additional stress damage.
