摘 要:近年来,攀西地区产生较多微细粒级钛铁矿无法充分利用,需制备氧化球团。以钛铁矿为原料,聚乙烯醇为粘结剂,采用单因素试验和正交试验研究焙烧温度、焙烧时间、空气流量、升温速率对氧化焙烧球团抗压强度的影响。结果表明:适宜的焙烧温度范围应选择为1200~1250℃,焙烧时间为15~20 min,空气流量为5~10 L/min,升温速率为6~8℃/min;影响因素从主到次顺序:焙烧温度(A)>焙烧时间(B)>空气流量(D)>升温速率(C);综合考虑适宜的氧化焙烧工艺,焙烧温度为1250℃,焙烧时间为15 min,空气流量为5 L/min,升温速率为6℃/min,此条件下球团抗压强度为482.9 N/P。In recent years,the production of much fine-grained ilmenite in Panxi area cannot be fully utilized,therefore some oxidized pellets need to be prepared.In this paper,ilmenite is used as raw material and polyvinyl alcohol is used as binder,and the single-factor test and orthogonal test are used to study the influence of roasting temperature,roasting time air flow rate and heating rate on the compressive strength of oxidized roasting pellets.The results show that the suitable roasting temperature range is 1200~1250℃,the roasting time is 15~20 min,the air flow rate is 5~10 L/min,and the heating rate is 6~8℃/min.The influencing factors are in the following order of priority:roasting temperature(A)>baking time(B)>air flow rate(D)>heating rate(C).Considering the appropriate oxidizing roasting process,under the conditions of roasting temperature 1250°C,roasting time 15 min,air flow rate 5 L/min and heating rate 6℃/min,the compressive strength of the pellet under is 482.9 N/P.
