摘  要:近年来活性炭烟气净化技术取得了快速发展,而在净化烟气过程中活性炭会因磨损产生大量的小颗粒活性炭粉,如何对其进行高附加值再利用成为难题。通过活性炭粉复配原煤再造粒实验,研究活性炭粉的添加对再造粒关键性能的影响,结果表明:活性炭粉复配原煤可制备合格脱硫脱硝活性炭,关键性能都能达到指标要求;添加一定占比的活性炭粉可使活性炭的脱硫值从21.88 mg/g提高到28.92 mg/g。这一系列研究可为活性炭粉高附加值再利用提供一种新思路。In recent years,rapid development has been obtained for the technology of flue gas purification with active carbon,while a large amount of small particle carbon powder will be produced due to wear of the activated carbon during flue gas desulfurization and denitrification process,how to make use of its high added-value becomes a difficulty.Through experiment of regranulation of active carbon powder and raw coal,the influence of addition of active carbon powder on the key performance of regranulation is studied.The results show that,the qualified activated carbon for flue gas desulfurization and denitrification process can be prepared by using active carbon powder proportioned with raw coal,and the key performance can all reach the index requirements.With addition of certain proportion of active carbon powder,the desulphurization value of active carbon is increased from 21.88 mg/g to 28.92 mg/g.A series of these studies provide a new idea for reutilization of high values of the active carbon powder.
