摘 要:目的:运用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)技术建立快速、准确获取人体尿液中低浓度的砷(As)、镉(Cd)、铊(Tl)及铅(Pb)4种毒性元素含量的分析方法。方法:尿样经过硝酸过夜处理后稀释20倍,直接运用ICP-MS分析4种毒性元素,并观察工作曲线的判定系数、检测限,验证本方法的准确度与精密度。结果:4种毒性元素的检出限介于0.038~2.857 ng/L之间,各元素范围内线性相关系数(r)均≥0.999。各元素加标回收率在88%~108%之间,尿样质控L2均在参考范围内。结论:本方法具有快速、简便的优点,能够满足大批量尿样中4种毒性元素的快速、准确检测的要求。Objective To establish a rapid and accurate determination method of four toxic elements such as arsenic(As), cadmium(Cd), thallium(Tl) and plumbum(Pb) in human urine by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS). Methods Urine samples were diluted 20 times after overnight treatment with nitric acid. Four kinds of toxic elements were directly analyzed by ICP-MS. The correlation coefficient and detection limit of the working curve were observed to verify the accuracy and precision of the method. Results The detection limits of the four toxic elements were between 0.038~2.857 ng/L, and the linear correlation coefficients(r) in each element range were ≥0.999. The recovery of each element was between 88%~108%, and the quality control L2 of urine sample is within the reference range. Conclusion The method has the advantages of rapid, and simple, and can meet the requirements of rapid and accurate detection of four toxic elements in a large number of urine samples.
