摘　　要：目的回顾性分析ABO血型不相合(ABO-incompatible)对异基因造血干细胞移植治疗噬血细胞性淋巴组织细胞增多症后造血重建的影响。方法选取2016年1月1日—2018年12月31日间于血液科行异基因造血干细胞移植治疗噬血细胞性淋巴组织细胞增多症的患者89例,统计移植后造血重建的时间,统计ABO相合组与不相合组对移植后中性粒细胞和血小板植活的影响。结果ABO血型相合组59例患者,移植后+13 d白细胞植活、+15 d血小板植活;ABO血型不相合组30例患者,移植后+13 d白细胞植活、+16 d血小板植活。ABO血型不相合组对中性粒细胞和血小板植活的植活都没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论ABO血型不相合对异基因造血干细胞移植治疗噬血细胞性淋巴组织细胞增多症后中性粒细胞植活、血小板植活无影响。Objective To clarify the relationship between ABO-incompatibility and hematopoietic reconstitution after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis.Methods 89 patients with hemophagocytic syndrome treated by allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation from Jan.1,2016 to Dec.31,2018 were selected.The time of hematopoietic reconstitution after transplantation was counted,and the effects of ABO compatibility and ABO imcompatibility on the survival of neutrophils and platelets after transplantation were counted.Results 59 patients in the ABO compatible group had leukocyte transplantation+13 d and platelet transplantation+15 d;30 patients in the ABO non-compatible group had leukocyte transplantation+13 d and platelet transplantation+16 d.The ABO imcompatible group showed no statistical significance on neutrophil implantation and platelet implantation(P>0.05).Conclusion ABO-incompatibility has no adverse effect on neutrophil transplantation and platelet implantation after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for hemophagocytic syndrome.
