抗结核药物联合胎盘转移因子对肺结核患者临床疗效及相关炎症细胞因子的影响

摘　　要：目的探究对于肺结核的治疗在抗结核药的基础上联合应用胎盘转移因子对临床疗效及相关炎症细胞因子表达的影响。方法2016年6月-2018年12月时间段内选择96例至我院就诊的肺结核患者为研究对象,依据患者就诊的时间顺序将其分为对照组和研究组,各48例;对照组内给予标准抗结核2HRZE/4HR方案治疗,研究组内则联合注射胎盘转移因子治疗,比较组间患者的临床疗效及相关细胞因子表达水平差异。结果临床疗效分析中研究组患者的总有效率(93.75%)显著高于对照组(87.50%),差异具有统计学意义(P=0.009);治疗后第1个月MMP-9因子水平组间无显著性差异(P=0.067);其他时间点比较研究组患者IL-6、IL-8因子水平均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而MMP-9因子水平对照组则显著低于研究组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抗结核药联合应用胎盘转移因子能够显著改善肺结核的临床疗效,降低相关细胞因子的表达水平,有利于患者病情的改善。Objective To explore the effect of placental transfer factor(PTF)combined with anti-tuberculosis drugs on clinical efficacy and the expression of inflammatory cytokines in tuberculosis patients.Methods Totally 96 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis who visited our hospital from June 2016 to December 2018 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group and research group according to the time sequence of patients Visits,48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with standard 2HRZE/4HR regimen,while the study group was treated with placental transfer factor injection,and the clinical efficacy and the expression of related cytokines were compared between the two groups.Level difference.Results The total effective rate of the study group(93.75%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(87.50%)with statistical significance(P=0.009);there was no significant difference in the level of MMP-9 factor in the first month after treatment(P=0.067);the levels of IL-6 and IL-8 factor in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group at other time points(P<0.05).The level of MMP-9 in the control group was significantly lower than that in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion Antituberculosis drugs combined with placental transfer factor can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of tuberculosis,reduce the expression of related cytokines,and is conducive to the improvement of the patients condition.
