宣化降平清利汤对慢性支气管炎伴肺气肿的治疗价值

摘　　要：目的探讨宣化降平清利汤对慢性支气管炎伴肺气肿的治疗价值。方法选取慢性支气管炎伴肺气肿患者88例,按照随机数字表法,分为对照组和研究组,各44例。对照组接受常规西药治疗,包括推注盐酸氨溴索,口服茶碱缓释片,静滴头孢呋辛钠等;观察组在对照组基础上联合宣化降平清利汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效、临床症状消失时间及肺功能指标。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),咳嗽、喘息及肺啰音消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后最大呼气流量(PEF)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)及FEV1/用力肺活量(FVC)比值均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论宣化降平清利汤可提升慢性支气管炎伴肺气肿治疗效果,使患者临床症状得到有效改善,并提升机体肺功能。Objective To explore the therapeutic value of Xuanhua Jiangping Qingli Decoction on chronic bronchitis with emphysema.Methods Totally 88 patients with chronic bronchitis and emphysema were randomly divided into control group and study group,44 cases each.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,including the injection of ambroxol hydrochloride,oral theophylline sustained-release tablets,intravenous drip of cefuroxime sodium,etc.;the observation group was treated on the basis of the control group combined with Xuanhua jiangpingqingli decoction,to compare the clinical efficacy,clinical symptoms disappearance time and lung function indexes of the two groups.Results the total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the disappearance time of cough,wheeze and rale was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05);the maximum expiratory flow(PEF),forced expiratory volume(FEV1)and FEV1/forced vital capacity(FVC)ratio of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xuanhua Jiangping Qingli decoction can improve the therapeutic effect of chronic bronchitis with emphysema,improve the clinical symptoms of patients and improve the lung function.
