摘　　要：抛丸机的金属磨料属抛丸生产高消耗品,金属磨料的疲劳寿命直接影响了抛丸机的生产成本。通过欧文疲劳寿命试验机检测金属磨料疲劳寿命的方法,对不同厂家、不同品种的金属磨料进行对比试验,选出最适合的经济型金属磨料,为后续的来料验收制定标准。The metal abrasives of shot blasting machine is high consumable in shot blasting production.The fatigue life of metal abrasives directly affects the production cost of shot blasting machine.Different metal abrasives in different varieties and from different manufacturers are tested by Owen Fatigue Life Tester for comparison,through which,the most suitable and economic metal abrasives are selected to establish standards for the incoming acceptance in the future.
