摘　　要：应用型大学建设和职业技术人才培养成为当今国内高等教育主导思想的重要表现,结合国外宝贵经验,明确应用型教育的内涵理念,并以此建立应用型技术人才培养模式,从人才培养实效性、应用型课程体系、教学方法与模式、师资队伍构建和校园文化氛围5个方面提出建设性举措。Construction of applied universities and cultivation of vocational and technical talents has become an important manifestation of the dominant ideology of higher education in China today.Based on the valuable experience of foreign countries,the connotation and concept of application-oriented education are defined,the training mode of application-oriented technical talents is established,and the constructive measures from five aspects are put forward:the effectiveness of talent training,the system of application-oriented courses,teaching methods and modes,the construction of teaching staff and the campus cultural atmosphere.
