摘 要:深圳市赤湾停车场工程涉及大面积岩石基础快速开挖,要求在保证爆破安全的同时,加快施工进度。现场通过合理进行施工组织规划,采用自东向西推进,南北向分块的爆破分区,以及爆后集中快速出渣,待爆破区域重点出渣等方式,提高了出渣效率,减少了对爆破作业的干扰。通过优化爆破方案,采用轴向间隔装药技术,蛇形毫秒延时起爆网络及适当上提起爆点的方式,控制了爆破振动,降低了大块率及爆破根底,减少了爆后处理工作。现场实践表明,合理的爆破方案和施工组织可以有效控制爆破有害效应,保障施工进度。The Chiwan parking lot project in Shenzhen involves rapid excavation of large area rock foundation, and it is required to speed up the construction progress while guaranteeing the safety of blasting. Through reasonable construction organization planning, the blasting direction is from east to west and the blasting zone is divided from south to north. After blasting, the centralized and rapid slag discharging and the key slag discharging are adopted in the blasting area, which not only improves the slag discharging efficiency, but also reduces the interference of blasting operation. By optimizing the blasting scheme, adopting the axial interval charging technology and the methods of snakeshaped millisecond delay initiation network and properly lifting the initiation point, the blasting vibration is controlled, which reduces the bulk rate, the blasting toes and the final treatment after blasting. Field practice shows that reasonable blasting scheme and construction organization can effectively control the harmful effects of blasting and ensure the construction progress.
