摘  要:结合工程实际,阐述了贵州地区机制山砂混凝土泵送时的堵管现象,并简要测算了因堵管问题而导致的经济损失。同时,对堵管问题的原因进行了分析,在此基础上,通过改变机制砂生产、泵管管网布置、泵车型号等条件,最终满足了机制山砂高扬程、高强度等级的泵送要求,成功解决了堵管问题,可为其他类似工程提供一定的借鉴经验。Combining with the engineering practice, the pipe blockage phenomenon during pumping of machine-made mountain sand concrete in Guizhou area is expounded, and the economic loss caused by the pipe blockage problem is briefly calculated. At the same time, the causes of pipe blockage are analyzed. On this basis, by changing the conditions of machine-made mountain sand production, pump pipe network layout and pump truck model, the high-lift and highstrength pumping requirement of machine-made sand is finally met, and the pipe blockage problem is successfully solved, which can provide some reference experience for other similar projects.
