摘 要:以滑移门止动机构弹簧片为研究对象,建立强度等效力学计算模型和滑移门止动机构有限元计算模型,并验证了弹簧片强度理论计算模型的准确性。根据疲劳寿命分析的基本方法,结合小样本容量台架疲劳试验数据,得到弹簧片应力-寿命曲线方程,对弹簧片进行疲劳寿命预测。计算结果表明:滑移门止动机构弹簧片满足强度及疲劳性能要求。The stopper leaf spring of the sliding door mechanism was taken as the research object,the strength equivalent mechanics calculation model and the finite element calculation model of the sliding door locking mechanism were established,and the accuracy of the theoretical calculation model of the spring plate strength was verified.According to the basic method of fatigue life analysis,combined with the fatigue test data of small sample size,the stress-life curve equation of spring sheet was obtained,and the fatigue life of spring sheet was predicted.The calculated results show that the leaf spring satisfies the requirement of strength and fatigue performance.
