摘　　要：应用Link 3900惯性试验台架,完成对乘用车制动盘的热容量、高温骤冷和热裂纹试验的台架试验研究;具体阐述了试验参数的设定、试验方法的实现以及试验结果的评判与分析,给出对乘用车制动盘性能进行分析的台架试验方法。结果表明:该方法可以满足当前对乘用车制动盘性能研究的需求,为实车制动路试以及零部件企业制动器总成的匹配提供参考。Link 3900 inertia test bench was used to complete the bench test of thermal capacity,high temperature cooling and hot crack of passenger car brake disc.The setting of test parameters,the realization of test methods and the evaluation and analysis of test results were described in detail.The bench test method for analyzing the performance of passenger car brake disc was given.The results show that the method meets the current demand for the performance research of passenger car brake disc.It provides reference for the brake road test of real vehicle and the matching of brake assembly.
