摘 要:IgG4相关性疾病(IgG4-related disease,IgG4-RD)是一种免疫介导的,可累及几乎全身各个器官,并导致受累器官肿瘤样病变、组织破坏、功能障碍,甚至衰竭的炎症伴纤维化疾病。特异性和敏感性高的分类标准有助于临床和流行病学研究的一致性。2019年12月Arthritis&Rheumatology杂志发表了"2019年ACR及EULAR IgG4相关性疾病分类标准",是迄今为止全球多个国家参与的关于IgG4-RD首个国际分类标准,对IgG4-RD具有里程碑意义。本文介绍并解读该分类标准的制定方法、内容及其对未来临床、流行病学和基础研究的重要贡献。IgG4-related disease(IgG4-RD) is an immune-mediated fibrotic disease that can occur at nearly any anatomic site and lead to tumefactive, tissue-destructive lesions, organ dysfunction or even failure. High specificity and sensitivity classification criteria will facilitate consistency of clinical and epidemiological studies. The American College of Rheumatology and European League Against Rheumatism(ACR/EULAR) have just published a classification criteria for IgG4-RD in December, 2019 in Arthritis & Rheumatology. As the first international classification criteria investigated by worldwide specialists, IgG4-RD classification criteria represent a significant milestone in the IgG4-RD. This work was undertaken to introduce the development and validation of an international set of classification criteria for IgG4-RD and to interpret this contribution to future clinical, epidemiologic, and basic science investigations.
