公民的信息保护与统一认证构想

摘　　要：随着网络、信息技术和智能手机的飞速发展,以及各类计算机网络应用服务软件、手机APP和AI设备使用,公民的个人信息安全与保护受到了威胁,着眼点是个人信息的认证、收集,是否符合国家相关法律。国家是否建立严密的信息保护法律,是否严格规范对个人信息收集的条件范围,成为个人信息保护的关键。因此,应建立基于国家层面的个人信息认证中心,全面有效严格监管。With the rapid development of network,information technology and smart phones,as well as the application of various kinds of computer network application service software,mobile phone apps and AI devices,the security and protection of citizens’personal information have been threatened.The key is whether the authentication and collection of personal information is in accordance with the relevant national laws.The key of personal information protection is whether the country has established the strict information protection law and strictly specified the condition and scope regarding personal information collection.Therefore,it is necessary to establish the personal information authentication center on the national level and to take comprehensive and effective supervision.
