网络环境下高校辅导员的信息素养及提升对策

摘　　要：网络信息技术广泛运用转变了高校思政教育教学的环境及发展形势,丰富并深化了高校辅导员信息素养的基本内涵。高校辅导员信息素养的缺失,影响大学生思政教育工作的信息化建设,削弱了辅导员自身的重要地位。高校应通过转变观念,加强辅导员信息意识;与时俱进,培养辅导员信息能力;基于发展,建设辅导员提升平台;积极引导,提高辅导员道德水平;健全辅导员考核制度等有效对策和路径,全面提高辅导员信息素养及综合能力。The extensive use of network information technology has changed the environment and development situation of college ideological and political education,enriching and deepening the basic connotation of college counselors’information literacy.The lack of information literacy on part of college counselors can affect the information construction of ideological and political education for college students and weakens counselors’important position.To comprehensively improve counselors’information literacy and comprehensive ability,the effective strategies are suggested like the following:strengthening counselors’information consciousness by changing their ideas,keeping pace with the times and cultivating their information ability,building the development-based platform for their promotion,improving their moral level through active guidance,and improving the assessment system for counselors.
