基于Excel VBA技术的高校工资业务自动化辅助工具设计与应用

摘　　要：高校职工的工资待遇兑现执行的前提是审批工作,工资待遇的审批业务在工资福利管理工作中是很重要的业务组成部分。经过多年探寻工资待遇管理的规律和管理经验的累积,利用Excel软件并结合VBA编程技术开发出高校工资业务自动化计算机辅助软件工具,实现工资待遇审批业务管理自动化,相关数据的处理过程基于Excel VBA技术设计的Excel自动化辅助工具来批量操作,提高了从业人员信息化管理水平和工作效率、减轻劳动强度和难度。The examination and approval work is the premise of fulfilling and implementing the staff’s salary welfare for a university,as well as a very important part of salary and welfare management.After many years of exploring the law of the salary management and accumulating management experience,the computer-aided software tool is developed by integrating Excel software and VBA programming technology for college salary automation.The application of the tool can implement the automation for payroll approval and management,because the data processing can be done in batch operation with the help of Excel automation tool based on Excel VBA technology design.Therefore,the Excel automation tool can improve the accounting personnel’s information management level and work efficiency,reduce their labor intensity and difficulty.
