消痞保和方联合胃动力仪治疗脾虚气滞型功能性消化不良疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察消痞保和方联合胃动力仪治疗脾虚气滞型功能性消化不良的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取脾虚气滞型功能性消化不良患者89例,采用随机数表法将其分为综合治疗组(简称综合组)33例、中药组及西药组各28例。综合组予口服消痞保和方联合胃动力仪治疗;中药组予口服消痞保和方;西药组予口服多潘立酮片;疗程均为4周,比较3组疗效。结果:治疗后,综合组总有效率(96.97%)明显高于中药组(78.57%)及西药组(71.43%),差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。且综合组及中药组未出现明显不良反应。治疗结束后随访3个月,中药组、西药组复发率明显高于综合组(P﹤0.05)。结论:消痞保和方联合胃动力仪治疗脾虚气滞型功能性消化不良临床疗效较好,优于单纯中药或西药治疗,且远期疗效稳定。Objective:To observe the clinical effect and safety of Xiaopi Baohe recipe and gastric motility apparatus on functional dyspepsia of spleen-deficiency and qi-stagnation syndrome.Methods:89 cases of selected patients with functional dyspepsia of spleen-deficiency and qi-stagnation syndrome were randomly divided into comprehensive treatment group(33 cases),traditional Chinese medicine group(28 cases)and western medicine group(28 cases).Comprehensive group was treated with oral Xiaopi Baohe recipe and gastric motility apparatus;traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with oral Xiaopi Baohe recipe;western medicine group was treated with oral domperidone tablets.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.The therapeutic effects of three groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of comprehensive group was 96.97%,which was significantly higher than 78.57%of traditional Chinese medicine group and 71.43%of western medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in comprehensive group and traditional Chinese medicine group.During the follow-up for 3 months after the end of treatment,the recurrence rate in traditional Chinese medicine group and western medicine group was significantly higher than that in comprehensive group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Xiaopi Baohe recipe and gastric motility apparatus on functional dyspepsia of spleen-deficiency and qi-stagnation syndrome is better than that of simple traditional Chinese medicine or western medicine,and its long-term effect is stable,safe,reliable and without adverse reactions.
