毛竹屑替代棉籽壳栽培榆黄菇的研究

摘　　要：为充分利用资源,降低榆黄菇的生产成本,现计划试用毛竹屑替代棉籽壳生产榆黄菇。实验结果表明:随着毛竹屑含量的增加,榆黄菇生产周期略微变短,产量有所降低。从经济效益来看,使用30%棉籽壳、30%毛竹屑、20%麸皮、18%木屑、1%蔗糖、1%硫酸钙作为培养基产生经济效益最高。In order to make full use of resources and reduce the production cost of Pleurotus citrinopileatus,it is planned to use mao bamboo scraps instead of cottonseed hulls during its production process.The results showed that with the increase of mao bamboo scraps content,the production cycle of pleurotus citrinopileatus slightly shortened and the yield decreased.From the perspective of economic benefits,using 30% cottonseed hull,30% mao bamboo scraps,20% bran,18% sawdust,1% sucrose and 1% calcium sulfate as the culture medium can produce the highest economic benefits.
